The Run Around the Square, in its 44th year, is now the largest neighborhood footrace in Pittsburgh.

The Run Around the Square is operated as a fundraiser supporting local Regent Square community nonprofits .  In 2025, the race donated $40,700 to local nonprofits.  Over the last 10 runs, the Race donated over $319,000 in total.
